The "golfer" is made of steel and nylon with he ability to hold a 750ml bottle of wine. I placed a bottle from my trip to Miranda Vineyard in Goshen, CT. It fits nicely on the stand and the head of the golfer keeps the bottle firmly in place by attaching to the top of the bottle. Don't worry about him losing his head, it's attached by a chain small chain.
The total weight of the Old Dutch Frustrated Golfer Wine Bottle Buddy is 2lbs without the bottle. The bottle of wine is not included (although it might be nice to add one in if you're giving as a gift) and it only costs $29.99.
